About Us.
Deer Bush Dog Training Club Inc has been in operation since 1975. The club is a non -profit organisation run by a dedicated commitee and a team of instructors who work together on a voluntary basis to serve and educate the local dog community in their responsibility of owning and training a dog. The club offers classes on Obedience on Tuesday nights. 7.30pm to 8.05pm, 10 minute break, 8.15pm to 8.45pm except 2nd Tuesday of every month. Second Tuesday of every month - Training times, 7.30pm until 8.05pm. Club Committee meetings for Instructors and Committee all odd Months. General meetings held all even months, February, April, June, August, October held from 8.15pm after training. December meeting held 3rd Tuesday at 7.30pm. ALL MEMBERS WELCOME TO GENERAL MEETINGS.

First session 7.30pm until 8.05pm, 10 minute break, Second session 8.15pm until 8.45pm.

Agility on Wednesday nights. Set up time 7.00pm, Finish 9pm - Any beginner handlers need to have attended obedience training classes first before coming to agility training.
Flyball on Thursday nights. Beginners 7pm , Triallers 8pm.

The aim of the club is:
- Promote responsible dog ownership and develop this through our classes in obedience from introductory to trialling. The major emphasis in these classes is the use of positive reinforcement methods.
- Provide many positive and fun experiences and opportunities for dog socialisation in a non-threatening enviornment.
Come along to any Tuesday night from 7pm to enroll for obedience in the clubhouse located at the rear of Fairfield Showground on Smithfield Rd Prairiewood. (Next to Steam Trains and Horse Stables)
Please bring your dog's current vaccination papers and microchip number with you.
All dogs MUST be fully vaccinated and over the age of three and half months old.
All handers are responsible for their own dog/s whilst on the ground on the day.
